Chocolate Raspberry Tart

A tart refers to a baked dish uncovered by pastry.  This particular tart uses a cocoa pâte sablée for the base.  The filling is a thin layer of red raspberry preserves topped with a medium ganache.  Candied pecans dot each intended section.
