This dish was drawn on-location at Fatoush in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans.
This particular moussaka had ground beef and lamb stacked over sliced potatoes and some eggplant. The bechamel tasted slightly of goat cheese and the red sauce was bright and sweet.
It was excellent.
