Crispy Smoked Pork Shoulder Terrine with Pickled Beets Mustard and Red Eye Gravy

This pork terrine was the first main course (after the circulating appetizers) from Chef Chris Chism and his Supper Friends evening.

The terrine was served artfully with bright pickled beets above, mustard to the side, and red eye gravy encircling.

Supper Friends is hosted at the Swoop House in East Austin.
