Peanuts in Colombia are very similar to peanuts in the States save for a few subtle differences. Hulls are largely the same but perhaps fit the nuts inside a bit more tightly. Kernels have slight indentations that the nose of the one behind it fit snugly. The papery exterior covering the kernels does not easily flake off as the ones in the States and is usually eaten with the individual peanuts. Colombian peanuts just seem tighter.
This maní was eaten at the Los Technicos build at Las Rocas near Choachi in Colombia.
